Nader Srour is an experienced professional in contact center management, currently serving as the Head of Contact Center at Emirates NBD since November 2018. Prior to this role, Nader held the position of Contact Center Manager at Attijariwafa Bank from November 2017 to October 2018, and at Barclays from August 2008 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing contact center resources, staffing, and vendor relations.
