Tamer Hafez

Tamer Hafez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Network Transformation Projects & Field Support Manager at Emirates NBD since January 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and maintaining hardware stock. Prior to this position, Tamer held the role of Project Manager and IT Network Expansion Manager at BNP Paribas from March 2006 to January 2013, focusing on developing IT strategies to support the bank's growth. Tamer's earlier experience includes roles as a Business System Analyst at the Ministry of Electricity and as an Accountant in Grand Customer Accounts. Tamer began a career as an IT Specialist at the Egyptian Company for Trading & Supplies. Tamer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Cairo University, an MBA in E-Business from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business Administration.
