Faisal AlBousi has a strong background in information and cyber security. Faisal started their career at ZADCO as a Senior Network Tech. from January 2004 to January 2007. Faisal then joined Dubai Islamic Bank as an Information Network Security - Asst. Manager from August 2007 to December 2011. After that, they worked at Emiraje Systems as an Information Security Manager from November 2011 to August 2014. Currently, Faisal is working at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, where they have held several roles including Head of Cyber Security from August 2014 to February 2019, Information & Cyber Security Manager from February 2019 to November 2021, and currently serving as the Information and Cyber Security Director since November 2021.
Faisal AlBousi holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Zayed University, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BBA in Information Systems from Skyline University College in 2011. Faisal also holds a Diploma in IT from the Higher College of Technology, which they obtained in 2005. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2021.
