Majed Alshehhi has a diverse work experience in the field of nuclear energy. Majed started their career at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in 2015 as a Nuclear Engineer. Majed then progressed to the role of Senior Nuclear Safety Analysis Engineer in 2021, and currently holds the position of Principal Nuclear Safety Analysis Engineer since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at CERN in 2014.
Majed Alshehhi holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nuclear Engineering from Khalifa University, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, between 2010 and 2015. In addition to their degrees, Majed Alshehhi has also acquired certifications such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in 2021.
