Salah Khalil

Salah Khalil has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Salah is currently the Human Resources Director at Emirates Park Zoo and Resort, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Oneroad Group Dubai from September 2021 to December 2022. From January 2019 to September 2021, Salah served as HR and Admin Manager at ONEROAD TAXI LLC. Salah also has experience as an HR&Admin Manager at ADNH, Al Ghazal Transport Company LLC from December 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they held the same position at Al Sarh Contracting L.L.C from October 2015 to November 2017. Salah's earlier experience includes working as an HR&Admin Manager at National Taxi from March 2010 to February 2015, and as a Public Relations Manager at Taisei Corporation LLC. Dubai from June 2005 to March 2010. Throughout their career, Salah has been responsible for implementing corporate policies, managing HR processes, reviewing policies, performance management, designing frameworks for performance assessment, and managing employment contracts. Salah has also demonstrated skills in manpower planning, crisis management, and budgeting for vacancies.

Salah Khalil began their education in 1997 at Al-Neelain University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree. Salah completed this program in 2001. In 2007, Salah undertook a HR diploma and a Management diploma, focusing on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. Salah completed these diplomas in 2009. Additionally, Salah earned another Bachelor's degree in Economics from Al-Neelain University, completing it in 2001. Salah also pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of Al Neelain during the same time period.
