Salama Masood Bilal

Salama Masood Bilal has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Emirates Post since July 2014. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, updating training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and managing employee training records. Previous roles include Administrative functions at RTA from 2008 to 2012 and Travel Consultant at Emirates from 2004 to 2007, where Salama handled travel arrangements and client relations. Salama holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quality Management and Strategy from Higher Colleges of Technology, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
