Bhoutik Vyas

Bhoutik Vyas currently serves as a Strategic Planning Specialist at Emirates Steel Arkan - EMSTEEL, leading the strategic growth agenda for the Cementitious Business Division and collaborating closely with the CEO on market opportunities and M&A evaluations. Prior to this role, Bhoutik was involved in Corporate Strategy & M&A at RAK Ceramics, where strategic vision alignment was central to the responsibilities. Bhoutik also gained extensive experience as a Senior Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions at Deloitte, providing transaction advisory and corporate restructuring services across various industries. Earlier in the career, Bhoutik held a managerial position in Mergers Acquisition Tax at EY. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Hult International Business School, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Podar College of Commerce and Economics.
