Their career began at AL EZZ DEKHEILA STEEL COMPANY - ALEXANDRIA, where Dr.Eng.Mohamed held various roles including Hot Strip Mill Manager and Faculty Staff Member. Dr. Eng. Mohamed Shahtout holds a PhD in Materials Sciences, an MSc in Steel Industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, all from Alexandria University.
