Oleksandr Sharkov

Oleksandr Sharkov currently serves as Manager - Commercial Excellence at Emirates Steel Arkan, focusing on the digitalization of sales and customer experience, as well as implementing customer survey processes since December 2021. Previously, Oleksandr worked at Metinvest from 2011 to November 2021 in multiple roles, including Project Manager of Sales Transformation and Senior Sales Support, overseeing contract management and production delivery. Earlier experience includes holding the position of Deputy Head of Documentary Operations Department at PUMB from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities involved budget formulation, control of sales performance, and staff development. Oleksandr holds a Master of Applied Economics from Donetsk National University, earned between 1998 and 2004.
