Scott Hilliard

Scott Hilliard's work experience includes the following:

- From 2015, they worked at Emirates Steel Arkan as the Head of Supplier Risk & Assurance. In this role, they implemented a new online sourcing platform, participated in the ICV committee, and led the SME Champions program.

- From 2015 to 2016, they also worked at Emirates Steel Arkan as a Supplier Quality Management Specialist. During this time, they managed suppliers/contractors, developed them to gain ISO accreditation, and improved supply chains' corrective and preventative actions.

- In 2014, they worked at Progress Rail Services as a Quality Engineer, where they updated quality procedures, introduced lean activities, and implemented various quality tools.

- From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Bombardier Transportation, initially as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer and later as a Project Quality Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for parts approval process, supplier development, customer relations, managing quality inspectors, and supporting external audits.

- From 2006 to 2009, they also held the position of Quality Specialist at Bombardier Transportation, where they conducted inspections, carried out compliance audits, created quality standards, and raised non-conformance reports.

Scott Hilliard received a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Derby in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Manufacturing Engineering at Derby College from 2007 to 2008 and a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Manufacturing Engineering at Derby College from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, such as sustainability, operational risk management, presentation skills, inclusive leadership, supplier management, and many more.
