George Philip is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing and mentoring technical teams. Currently serving as an IT Technologist (Operations & Services) at Emirates Group since January 2008, George leads a team of Engineers and Technicians, while ensuring effective incident analysis and solutions across various technologies in collaboration with multiple support teams. Previously, as an IT Operations Lead at Dell International Services from September 2001 to December 2007, George oversaw a group of 24 IT Analysts, managed operational performance, and facilitated staff training. George began the career as a Customer Support Engineer at Accel ICIM Systems & Services Ltd., providing essential support for hardware and software systems. George holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University College of Engineering, Kerala, India.
