Ivana Ljubic

Ivana Ljubic is an experienced professional currently serving as Crew Performance Manager for Premium Cabins at Emirates since May 2013, where responsibilities include collaborating with management to enhance crew development and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Previous roles at Emirates include Crew Performance Specialist and Public Relations Officer, focusing on media relations and crew performance management. Prior to joining Emirates, Ivana held positions as a News Presenter and Journalist at Antena Zagreb, and as a Sales Manager at The Westin Zagreb, where management of fitness center projects and team coordination were key. Ivana is currently pursuing studies in Public Relations and Reputation Management at the London School of Public Relations and has academic experience from Libertas International University and the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Zagreb.
