Khalid El Hassan

Khalid El Hassan serves as the Manager of Enterprise Effectiveness (Associate Partner) in the In-house Consulting Division at Emirates Group since December 2013, providing strategic and management advice to executive leadership and overseeing key cross-functional projects. Khalid has previously held roles such as Performance Development Manager, contributing to the relaunch of the Skywards loyalty program, and Performance Development Specialist, managing the restructure of the Revenue Optimisation department. Additionally, Khalid acts as a Start-up Mentor at Intelak Incubator, supporting ventures in the travel, tourism, and aviation sectors. Prior experience includes a managerial role at KPMG and a strategy analyst position at Shell, where Khalid executed strategic initiatives and managed departmental planning activities. Khalid holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an Emirates Group Leadership Programme from INSEAD and an ACA from ICAEW.
