Nathalie Wong

Nathalie Wong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and agile delivery, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, and Release Train Engineer at Emirates since May 2021, leading over 100 individuals in enhancing the Emirates Digital Experience. Prior to this role, Nathalie was the GM of Program Management at Telstra from March 2018 to June 2019, focusing on the inclusion of Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances within digital transformation efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways from 2010 to 2015, where Nathalie managed a significant business transformation program, and as a Senior Manager at Capgemini Australia from 1999 to 2010, leading the Marketing, Sales & Service Transformation team. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems from UNSW, obtained in 1998.
