Nayyar Abbas

Nayyar Abbas is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in testing and software quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Emirates since November 2014, Nayyar has developed comprehensive test cases, executed various testing methodologies, and managed defects using tools such as JIRA and ALM. Prior roles include Principal Software QA Engineer at PolyVista and Software Test Engineer at SNL Financial, with earlier positions at SSA Soft LLC and Target Systems, where Nayyar focused on both desktop and web application testing. Nayyar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from International Islamic University, Islamabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Punjab University, Lahore. Demonstrating expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Nayyar has contributed to numerous high-profile applications, including the Emirates Official Site and various mobile platforms.
