Peter Swyny

Peter Swyny serves as the Senior Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Emirates since September 2015, overseeing global remuneration strategies, HR policies, benefits design, and industrial relations for the Emirates Group. Prior to this role, Peter held multiple positions at British Airways from July 2009 to September 2015, including Head of Reward & People Services, where responsibilities encompassed global reward strategy for 38,000 colleagues across 70 countries, and accountability for People Services operations. Peter's earlier experience includes a senior HR business partner role at Royal Mail from June 2008 to July 2009, as well as serving as Area General Manager.
