Sumit Tandon

Sumit Tandon has over 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, human resources, and organizational transformation. Tandon began career at KPMG as a Senior Consultant, focusing on HR transformation and change management from April 2007 to August 2010. Subsequently, Tandon served as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Emirates from August 2010 to August 2014. In a significant role at Boeing from September 2014 to March 2025, Tandon progressed to Executive Director of Global Compensation and International Total Rewards, managing a global team to support 160,000 employees across 60+ countries. Additionally, Tandon held leadership positions, including HR Director for Middle East Turkey Africa, and Compensation and Benefits Leader for India Middle East Africa. Since June 2021, Tandon has been advising the Human Capital Advisory Council, a non-profit think tank addressing human capital challenges in the Middle East. Tandon holds an MBA from London Business School and has a degree from XLRI Jamshedpur.
