Joel Prata

Joel Prata is an experienced project and business process manager with a strong background in IT management, particularly within government administration. They previously served as an IT Manager at the Ministério do Planeamento e do Desenvolvimento Territorial from 2015 to 2018, and later held roles at EMIS, including IT Project Manager and Head of the Organization and Management Support Office, starting in 2018. Currently, Joel is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT Management and a Master's degree in Prospecting and Analysis Data, while also engaging in a Development Program of Management and Leadership at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
