Lucy Nightingale

Lucy Nightingale is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Organisational Development Business Partner at EMIS Health since July 2016. Lucy has held various roles within the company, including HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Prior to EMIS Health, Lucy worked at EMIS Group plc as a People Shared Service Assistant from July 2016 to July 2018 and at NG Bailey as an HR Shared Service Administrator from May 2012 to July 2016. Lucy holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained between 2018 and 2019 and completed education at Guiseley School from 2005 to 2012.
