Jill Martin

Jill Martin is a Project Director in EMSI’s Baton Rouge office and has over a decade of experience in the environmental field, including environmental consulting and state agency experience. Jill has worked with clients in both the petroleum refining and chemical manufacturing industries. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, Title V permitting and compliance, emissions inventory submittals, TRI submittals, RICE MACT compliance, Refinery MACT compliance, HON compliance, MON Compliance, Consent Decree compliance, regulatory applicability analyses, CEMS, RCRA permitting, and compliance, stack testing, and ambient air monitoring.

Jill enjoys helping clients develop novel solutions for day-to-day challenges that arise. Jill is also extremely experienced in developing strategies surrounding the implementation of new and/or amended federal and state rules. Jill additionally puts high importance on mentoring younger staff, which fosters a knowledgeable project team at every level.
