Jonathan Boyd

Jonathan Boyd has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan has worked as the Head of Product Strategy and Innovation at eMite Pty Ltd, where they focus on capturing insights from data points to make better decisions. Jonathan has also served as a Senior Solutions Consultant in the same organization, helping clients get more out of their data and bring accessible business intelligence tools to the market. At Q4IT, Jonathan was the UK Managing Partner for the DCMM and IT Quality Index team, and they also served as a Board Member for ITSDFI, supporting CIO networking events in Europe. Jonathan has their own consulting company, Jonathan Boyd Consulting, where they help CIOs improve their contribution to the business and develop their teams' skills to deliver results. Additionally, they have worked as a Digital Consultant at xDesign, a Digital Learning Solutions Consultant at eCom Scotland, and a Client Manager for Experiential Learning at G2G3. Jonathan has also held roles at Axios Systems, Full Circle International, and Morse, where they were involved in sales and providing IT services and solutions.

Jonathan Boyd attended Edinburgh College from 1996 to 1998, where they studied computing. In 2004, they received training in ITIL and 6 Sigma at the Edinburgh Training Centre. Prior to that, they attended James Young High School, although no specific dates or degree were mentioned for that period.

In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan obtained several qualifications, including SQL for data analytics from CodeClan in 2020, APMG Accredited Trainer - Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) and DCMM Accredited Trainer from APMG International and Q4IT in 2019. Jonathan also obtained certifications such as BRMP, CBRM, Certified IT Quality Expert (CITQE), and Certified IT Quality Professional (CITQP) in 2019 and Agile Project Manager from Lynda.com in 2017.
