Alexandre Vannelle

Alexandre Vannelle is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and M&A. Currently serving as a Partner at EMK Capital since February 2022, Alexandre previously held the position of Senior Director at Ardian from March 2013 to September 2021, where investment efforts focused on majority stakes in companies generating between 200-700 million euros in sales, with notable board memberships across various sectors including disinfection, quality control, biosecurity, and logistics. From October 2005 to July 2012, Alexandre worked as an Associate Director at Astorg, managing investments primarily in the 75-500 million euro range and facilitating several successful exits. Early career experience includes an Associate role at JPMorgan, supporting large-cap M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as a unique half-year field study with traditional native societies. Alexandre holds a degree from ESCP Europe (1997-2001) and has foundational education from Saint-Jean de Passy (1995-1996).
