Catherine Conti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. As Co-founder and Director of Maestream since April 2017, Catherine Conti focuses on digital tools and virtual coaching to enhance personal and organizational agility. Catherine Conti also founded E.V.A Consultants in 1996, offering expertise in leadership, temporal competency, personal balance, systemic approaches, relational intelligence, and group supervision. In addition to consultancy roles at emlyon executive development and Saville Consulting France, Catherine Conti contributes as a member of the pedagogical team at Ecole du Paradoxe. Prior to these roles, Catherine Conti served as Director at Institut de L'Expansion, specializing in training for executives. An alumna of University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and KEDGE Business School, Catherine Conti holds advanced degrees in management and human resources alongside various certifications in coaching and neurolinguistic programming (PNL).
