Christine Baldy Ngayo

Christine Baldy Ngayo, PhD, is an accomplished academic and executive leader currently serving as the Associate Dean for Executive Education at emlyon business school since August 2021. In this role, Christine oversees a substantial business unit, managing a P&L of over 20 million euros, with a team of more than 40 individuals and engagement with over 4,000 users. Prior to emlyon, Christine held significant positions at HEC Paris, including Executive Director of Academic Affairs and Programs Delivery, where notable achievements included the development of the Covid-19 academic continuity plan and leading several MBA programs to international recognition in rankings. With a background that includes management roles at Accenture and academic credentials from prestigious institutions, Christine has demonstrated expertise in executive education, program development, and stakeholder engagement, along with a strong focus on improving team well-being and operational efficiency.
