Julien Scicluna

Julien Scicluna serves as Vice-président exécutif at The Lyinc - The International Club of Lyon, contributing to the club's mission of enhancing Lyon's international profile. With experience as Co-founder of UZ.IP, a startup focused on AI-based brand rights management, and as a professor at emlyon business school, Julien specializes in Intellectual Property Rights. As a Conseiller du Commerce extérieur de la France and Secretary General at ECTA, Julien is involved in promoting the profession within the Intellectual Property Law community. Previously, Julien held the position of Directeur Général Associé at Cabinet Laurent & Charras, managing significant international brand portfolios and expanding operations in markets such as China and Brazil. Julien also served as an expert at EUIPO and held leadership roles at CNCPI and Cabinet GERMAIN & MAUREAU. Educational credentials include an MSc from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Innovation Strategy from IEEPI.
