Stephanie Ousaci

Stephanie Ousaci is an experienced professional in higher education and business program development, serving as the Executive Director of MBA Programs at emlyon business school since June 2012. In this role, Stephanie oversees the design and implementation of the MBA portfolio, including the Executive MBA, International MBA, and various associated certificates, while managing the MBA team. Previous positions at emlyon include MBA Development Manager and Career Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed pedagogy, quality assurance, and career development strategies for students. Prior to emlyon, Stephanie held a Senior Consultant role at ALMA Consulting Group, focusing on international R&D project management, and served as Director for Chemical & Petrochemical Industries at the French Embassy, advising companies on US market entry. Stephanie holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
