Jeff has a strong background in project management, physical groundwater assessments, conceptualization, and modelling. Jeff has also worked in various roles at different companies, gaining experience in contaminated sites, oil and gas industry, and environmental issues. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
