James Munro

James Munro is an experienced production manager with a strong background in continuous improvement and team leadership. Currently serving as Production Manager at Emma Bridgewater since September 2020, James oversees a team of 60 staff in the clay end of the manufacturing process. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Lead and Specials Manager at Ibstock Brick from December 2018 to September 2020, and various positions at Marley Eternit Ltd from July 2006 to November 2018, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Shift Manager during a secondment. James possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Staffordshire University, earned between 2010 and 2014, and has a proven track record in implementing lean methodologies and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
