Previously, Mark held key roles at EZYSkills, Reliance Jio Infocom, and Bharti Airtel, focusing on business development and customer experience management. With extensive expertise in designing and implementing operational processes and training, Mark has contributed significantly to revenue enhancement and productivity optimization throughout a career that spans over two decades in prominent organizations, including Dell, Vodafone, and Standard Chartered Bank.
