Simone Debije

Simone Debije currently serves as the Local MD & HR Director and HR Manager for EMMA Safety Footwear since June 2021. Additionally, Simone is the Voorzitter of the klachtencommissie grensoverschrijdend gedrag at WSP Parkstad and Bestuursvoorzitter of Sprinc, an MVO-platform focused on employment and market challenges. Previously, Simone held the position of Head of HR for the Benelux and UK at the Berner Group from February 2007 to June 2021, and was the Owner of Agero VOF from February 2005 to February 2007. Simone holds a Certified degree from The Predictive Index (June 2023) and completed a Post HBO in Strategic HRM at Hogeschool Zuyd in 2014, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Zuyd Hogeschool in 2005.
