I help senior leaders who don’t fit corporate norms navigate egos and politics so they can command respect, protect their reputation and secure their income.

Like Kirsty, the Director doing 6 day’s work on 4 day’s wages, spoken over, ideas repeated back to her and left to pick up high value clients while the partners went for long lunches. She is now an integral part of the team, handpicked for ED AND spends Fridays with her son.

Or Tom, Head of Investments, hugely respected but his accent and deference made him shrink in important rooms, losing power dynamics and giving him sleepless nights. Now he strides into the same rooms, commanding the respect of people who used to speak over him, initiating investment expansions with a confidence and authority that allows him to sleep like a baby.

They move from being overlooked to leading key conversations, handling difficult, high-ego stakeholders without backing down.

Rebuilding confidence and making clear, decisive moves on whether to step up, stay, or leave.

Despite what the old boys’ club sell, you don’t need to be male, pale and stale to succeed.

You can be yourself and be respected, influential and well paid.

What you do need is clear thinking, strong positioning, confident communication and the ability to hold your ground.

If you’re thinking “I know I’m capable… so why is this so hard?” then we should talk
