Wisam Costandi has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. In 1996, they began their career as the Director of Technical Support at Global Datalink, Inc. During their time there, they helped the small Internet Service Provider (ISP) grow to become the second largest in Florida. In 2000, they completed an internship in Business Development at Retroliner, Inc. In 2001, they began working as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked with various companies to address their business needs ranging from strategy to operations. In 2007, they joined Reality Digital as an Engagement Manager, where they developed the Client Services division. In 2008, they founded and became the Managing Director of IQ (Informatica Qatar), a Technology Solutions Provider that offers innovative, high quality technology solutions and systems integration. In 2015, they co-founded monqi, Inc, a smartphone for kids that gives parents the tools they need to get their children started with mobile technology, safely and affordably. In 2018, they co-founded EMMA, a Total Airport Management platform developed for airport operators to instantly visualize sensory information and monitor key conditions and systems of the Airport.
Wisam Costandi's education history includes a High School diploma from Commonwealth America School (1982-1988), a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University (1992-1996), a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from University of California, Davis (1998-2001), and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management & Finance from University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management (1999-2001). In 2017, they attended Singularity University and obtained an Executive Program certification. In 2014, they obtained an Executive Education certification from Babson College.
