Iya Antonio

Iya Antonio is an experienced professional in supply chain excellence and human resources, currently serving as Junior Team Lead at Emma – The Sleep Company since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Process Excellence Manager for APAC Operations and Operations Associate at Kindred Health Inc., as well as Director of Internals at 360 Digital Agency, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, learning and development, and talent acquisition. Previous experience also includes serving as Enterprise Services Project Officer at MedGrocer, focusing on mental health programs, and as an Office Experience Intern at Klook, where involvement in employee engagement activities and office operations was key. Iya Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, completed in 2020, and a High School Diploma from Saint Pedro Poveda College.
