Jerome Umlas

Jerome Umlas is a faculty lecturer at National University (Philippines) since August 2023, specializing in teaching accounting subjects. Concurrently, Jerome serves as a Senior Manager - Accounting at Emma – The Sleep Company, overseeing the implementation of a new ERP system and acting as the main finance representative for new order and warehouse management systems. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Accountant - General Ledger, where responsibilities included closing books and consolidating financials, and Assistant Accounting Manager at SM Development Corporation, managing project financial reporting and budgeting. Jerome's career began at EY as a Senior Assurance Associate and Audit Associate, gaining extensive experience in auditing across various industries. Jerome holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
