Karthik Mohan

Karthik Mohan serves as the Country Head for India and Japan at Emma – The Sleep Company, having previously launched Emma® in India and managed marketing, operations, sales, and business strategy. As a Growth Advisor at Kumbayah, Karthik focuses on business strategy, marketing plans, and new product development. Karthik has held significant roles at Pickrr, including AVP & Head of Strategy and General Manager for Strategy & Investor Relations, leading corporate strategy and special initiatives. Prior experience includes a Management Consultant role at Auctus Advisors and senior strategy positions at CK Birla Group, contributing to digital customer acquisition and long-term strategic planning. Karthik is the founder of The Tire Club, establishing it as a prominent tire dealer in Southern Kerala. Karthik holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
