Lisa Hilberg is an experienced professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Germany at Emma – The Sleep Company since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at MYCS GmbH, including Head Of Brand Marketing and Venture Developer from July 2018 to August 2023. Lisa's career spans management consulting at Horváth & Partners and internships at ACXIT Capital Partners, Capnamic Ventures, Simon-Kucher & Partners, Ferrero, and PwC Germany. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management - Finance & Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from the same institution, along with additional education from Babson College and Università Bocconi.
