Sara Vella Bonnici

Sara Vella Bonnici is an experienced tax professional with a focus on international tax and transfer pricing. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead International Tax & Transfer Pricing at Emma – The Sleep Company since October 2022, Sara has a diverse background that includes roles such as Tax & Transfer Pricing Senior Manager and Transfer Pricing Manager. Previously, Sara worked at Deloitte Portugal from October 2019 to November 2022 as a Senior Consultant in Transfer Pricing and held similar positions at Deloitte Nederland from February 2017 to October 2019. Sara's career began at Deloitte Malta as an International Tax Senior and includes a role at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Junior Tax Lawyer. In academia, Sara was a Teaching Assistant at the International Tax Centre, Leiden University, after obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Tax Law. Educational credentials also include a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta.
