Stéphane Catarino is an experienced professional in supply chain and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Team Lead Quality & Supply Chain Excellence at Emma – The Sleep Company since June 2022. Previously at Philip Morris International from August 2015 to June 2022, Stéphane held multiple roles, including Vertical Start Up Leader, where leadership of a high-performance team resulted in successful project implementation and adherence to key performance indicators. Stéphane's engineering background includes roles as Engineering Project Manager, Production Supervisor, and Quality Engineer, contributing to significant improvements in production efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an Executive Master in Management with a specialization in Leadership Development from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with additional postgraduate education in Strategy and Sustainability and Organizational Leadership.
