Kristen A. Mariotti possesses extensive experience in enrollment management and admissions within the education sector. Currently serving as the Head of Enrollment Management at Emma Willard School since August 2021, Kristen provides strategic vision and leadership for various programs while collaborating closely with multiple teams to enhance marketing and community engagement efforts. Prior roles include Assistant Head of School for Enrollment & Strategy at Stoneleigh-Burnham School and Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. Kristen has also held leadership positions at Cheshire Academy, St. Timothy's School, The Ethel Walker School, and The University of Arizona, showcasing a commitment to enhancing diversity and representation in school admissions. Kristen holds a BA in English from Southern Connecticut State University and has completed CAEP Certification in Enrollment Management through AISAP.
