Yann Tanguy

Yann Tanguy currently serves as Délégué Général at Les entreprises pour la Cité, focusing on diversity, inclusion, equality of opportunity, and corporate philanthropy since March 2020. In parallel, Tanguy holds the position of Secrétaire général for the Charte de la diversité, which promotes voluntary commitments from employers to enhance diversity beyond legal frameworks. Additionally, Tanguy is a board member for multiple organizations including Fondation Monoprix, Fondation Swisslife, Hub Francil'IN, and Emmaüs Connect. Previously, Tanguy gained extensive experience in social responsibility and human resources in roles such as Directeur Responsabilité et Innovation Sociale de l'Entreprise at SFR and HR Consultant at Accenture. Tanguy holds a Master’s Degree from Sciences Po, obtained in 2006.
