Pierre-Elie Guillermoz

Pierre-Elie Guillermoz is an experienced professional in the social sector, currently serving as Directeur de territoire and Chargé de mission qualité et développement at Emmaüs Solidarité since January 2020. In this role, Pierre-Elie manages quality initiatives across 118 activities and services and leads a mobile team of 20 social work professionals. Prior to this, Pierre-Elie held various leadership positions, including Directeur de secteur AHI, where efforts focused on restructuring an association, and Directeur de centres d'hébergement d'urgence in Ile-de-France at GROUPE SOS. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in strategic management of establishments and services for the elderly from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master’s in Applied Sociology from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
