Cyril Allouche

Cyril Allouche, MBA, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Avellino Lab since November 2020, overseeing the IPO/SPAC process, investor relations, and finance team development. In addition to a concurrent role as CFO at Emmecell and a past position as CFO at LensGen, Inc., Cyril has held multiple high-level finance positions including Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Dermavant Sciences and Interim CFO at Revance Therapeutics, Inc. Cyril's extensive experience includes leading finance teams across various companies, managing capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and implementing complex financial structures. An accomplished leader with a solid educational foundation in accountancy and business administration from institutions such as the University of Georgia and IAE Paris-Est, Cyril has also contributed to key financial transformations at firms including CareDx, Inc., and Concentrix. Prior experience at PwC as a Director in Transaction Services further solidified Cyril's expertise in financial reporting and mergers.
