Michelle Lamotteo

Michelle LaMotteo has extensive work experience in the fields of clinical data services, software engineering, programming, and systems coordination. Michelle began their career as a Computer Science Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools from August 2003 to August 2005. After that, they joined Emmes in August 2005 as a Systems Coordinator until April 2008. Following that, Michelle worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Emmes from April 2008 to September 2013. Michelle then progressed to the position of Software Engineering Manager from September 2013 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Clinical Data Services Product Management at Emmes, starting from March 2023.

Michelle LaMotteo has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Michelle also obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
