Rhonda Pardue has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Rhonda began their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Black River Public School from 1996 to 2016. In 2014, they joined Grand Valley State University as a Graduate Assistant and later took on the role of Biostatistician, providing statistical consulting and analysis. Rhonda also served as a Visiting Faculty Member at the university.
In 2015, Rhonda had an internship at the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Associate Statistician at QST Consultations.

Rhonda Pardue obtained a Master's Degree in Biostatistics from Grand Valley State University, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Western Michigan University from 1996 to 2002. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Hope College, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. In 1991 and 1992, they attended St. Olaf College, although no degree is specified for that period. Additionally, Rhonda has obtained several certifications, including SAS Certified Clinical Trials Programmer Using SAS 9 and SAS Certified Professional: Advanced Programming Using SAS 9.4 from SAS, all in the year 2020.
