Matt Finnie has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Officer with the Port Huron Police Department since June 2005. Key roles within the department have included participation in the Drug Task Force from 2013 to 2016, serving as a Field Training Officer, and undergoing specialized training in DEA Narcotics, basic clan lab investigation, and evidence techniques.
