Jacopo Mistrello

Jacopo Mistrello is currently the Plant Operations Manager at Emmi Dessert Italia S.p.A., bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in various food production companies such as Dolciaria Acquaviva, Barilla Group, Froneri, and Kerry Group. Jacopo holds a Master's degree in Food Science from London Metropolitan University and has received recognition for their work in the industry, including winning first prize at IFST's Young Scientist Competition and being a semi-finalist in the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition YES! competition. With a background in food service management, human nutrition, and executive supply chain management, Jacopo brings a diverse skillset to their current position.
