Danixa Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and creative consultancy. As the Founder and CXO of iartists+, Danixa leads a consultancy focused on growth strategies for creative firms and agencies. Danixa is currently deepening expertise in Performance Neuroscience Coaching with the Flow Research Collective, aimed at unlocking peak performance for leaders and teams. Additionally, Danixa serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and has held key roles in various organizations, including VP of Business Development at Wild Card Creative Group and Director of Business Development at Imaginary Forces. Danixa's early career included significant contributions as an Executive Producer at 3 Ring Circus and iartists, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Florida International University.
