Jen Alvares

Jen Alvares is a seasoned entertainment industry professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Executive Producer at Hunters House Entertainment Group since 2016, Jen oversees global operations in film, commercial, and television sectors, while also engaging in creative, production, and post-production activities. Jen is a Partner at Zero1 Agency, consulting in business management and design, and has been actively involved with the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences as a National Active Member and Emmy Awards Judge since 2022. As Founder and President of iFilm Festival, Jen empowers independent filmmakers and promotes storytelling. Additional contributions include serving on the board of Tenth Charity and holding advisory roles at multiple organizations, such as Gerson Lehrman Group, AlphaSights, and Guidepoint. Jen holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and has attended the New York Film Academy.
