Rahul Patel is a seasoned professional in the field of thermal and mechanical engineering, currently serving as Co-Founder at EMO since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rahul held the position of Senior Manager - Battery Expert - Thermal & Mechanical at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. from July 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of a portable 48V battery pack and creating an integrated thermal and vehicle drive cycle model. Previously, Rahul served as Lead Thermal and CFD Engineer at SUN Mobility from April 2018 to July 2020, focusing on thermal management designs for battery packs. Rahul's career began at GENERAL MOTORS TECHNICAL CENTRE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, where advancements spanned from Lead Thermal and CFD Engineer to Senior Engineer, emphasizing battery project leadership and innovative analysis techniques. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Thermal and Fluids Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
