Doba Parushev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and venture capital. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Healthworx since June 2022 and Vice President of Healthworx Ventures at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since May 2020, Doba previously held the position of Vice President at Edison Partners from June 2016 to April 2020. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and Head of Special Programs at Endeavor. Doba holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Adriatic and participation in an exchange program in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sydney.
